On January 19, 2023, Nevada Senator Jeff Stone visited the Moducan hub in Palm Springs to learn about the research and development conducted by the Moducan team .

Senator Stone got the chance to view the prototypes of the Phoenix Modular Tactical System and engaged in discussions regarding the many potential uses and foreseeable contribution of the Moducan technology as applies to the United States government agencies dealing with deployments of men and women to unsafe zones both within the US and around the globe.
