Norm is a managing partner and member of the Moducan Leadership Team. Norm brings his experience of over 20 years in manufacturing, process optimization, sales and product development, as well as experience involving the import and export of products.
As COO of Moducan Corporation, Norm is responsible for day-to-day business activities involving product sourcing, quality control, and product analysis.
After starting his window and door company in the 90s, it grew to become a leading manufacturer of high quality and high performance windows and doors in Canada, with 11retail outlets, 2 manufacturing plants, and over 60 employees and contractors.
Norm continues to work alongside other window and door companies as a consultant and expert in the window and door industry.
