David Murray

Government & Military Liaison (Canada)

David is the Canadian Government & Military Liaison of Moducan Corporation.

A 32 year veteran of the Toronto Police force, performing a wide variety of highly demanding duties and tasks, David has formed and maintained contacts with the Canadian government and military.

Building on these ties and watching the growth and evolution of Moducan since its early days, David shared both in the excitement and vision of the potentials ahead, and in 2021, David officially joined the Moducan team. Among his roles David will coordinate and oversee the corporations dealings with all federal, provincial and municipal levels of the Canadian government, as well as represent the corporation in its dealings with our military, public safety, and various law enforcement clients.
