Lieutenant General (Ret) Jason T. Evans is a managing partner and member of the Moducan Leadership Team, he is Moducan's VP of Strategy.
Jason has almost four decades of distinguished service in the U.S. Army.
As an accomplished strategic leader, Jason has extensive command and staff experience at every level of the Army; Italy, Somalia, Kosovo, Germany and Iraq with the 13th Corps Support Command, III Armored Corps, 510th Personnel Services Battalion, 1st Personnel Command, U.S. Army Europe, Allied Forces Southern Europe, Headquarters United States Army Installation Management Command, Headquarters Multi-National Forces – Iraq, United States Army Human Resources Command, Headquarters Department of the Army, G1 and Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army.
Prior to his retirement from the Army, Jason served as the Army’s first Deputy Chief of Staff, G9 (Installations Enterprise) responsible for advising Army Senior Leadership on budget management of an $18B portfolio, Army infrastructure investments, military construction, housing/barracks, climate strategy, Installations strategy, Army Base Realignment and Closure, Joint Basing, Army Control Systems and the Army’s Quality of Life Task Force in support of 141 camps, posts, and stations and 1.1 million Soldiers and their families Army-wide.
Prior, and for over 30 years, Jason has served in and lead the Army’s most prominent Human Resources commands and organizations. His experience includes, Human Resources, Talent Management, Human Capital strategy/policy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy. His Human Resources/Human Capital service includes; Deputy Chief, General Officer Management Officer, Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army, Chief, Department of the Army Secretariat for Centralized Selection Boards, U.S. Army Personnel Command, Commander, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, Director Military Personnel Management, Headquarters Department of the Army G1, The Adjutant General,
U.S. Army, Executive Officer to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs and Director Personnel, Multi-National Forces – Iraq.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degrees in business administration and national resource strategy.
